Fitness – Imagine a spectrum.  At one end is dis-ease, in the middle – wellness, at the other end fitness.  Fitness is beyond being well.  This program is for those who are already in pretty good shape, who already have a decent handle on nutrition and are looking to taking things from good to great.

Weight Loss – For those seeking to improve their bodies by reducing body fat.

Youth – Young athletes are welcome, but the heart of this program is for children who are not necessarily athletic.  Does your child spend more time than you’d like in front of a screen (TV, computer, video games)? Whether or not your child is overweight, they need to develop a love for moving, being active and eating properly.

How it Works – No matter your age, gender or goal there is one concept that underlies every program.
