Fitness
Being FIT is the highest level of health. The essence of fitness is performing well at any and every task imaginable.
In life you reside somewhere between sick, well, and fit.
Sick being…well, just that.
Well being, not sick or dis-eased, but not necessarily fit enough to perform tasks that you may be faced with, or might like to become engaged in. For example, a “well” person might have normal blood sugar levels, normal blood pressure and get through life with out any sense of being unhealthy. However, when that person attempts to run, lift, climb etc. things start to present themselves. This person is well, but not fit.
Fitness at the other end of the spectrum from sickness or diesease. Not only does the fit person have ideal health profiles, but they are able to perform virtually any task they are presented with. Pick up your 5 year old with no back pain, run a mile, move the refridgerator, deadlift more than their bodyweight…not a problem for the fit person.
