I was preparing for my wedding and wanted to look my very best for my special day. Choosing Aron as my personal trainer was the best choice I could have made for myself. Aron was much different from the personal trainers that I had at my local gym and stood out from the rest.

I received much better results from working with him.  He not only was more knowledgeable in fitness, but was also very knowledgeable in nutrition and was able to create a nutritional plan designed specifically for me in order to help me along the way.

The nutritional plan was easy to follow and Aron would also, at times,look at my food journal to tell me what I needed to change.

It is clear that Aron is dedicated to his job and to his clients. Aron motivated me by continuously being supportive, acknowledging
accomplishments and pushing me beyond what I only thought I was capable of.

Aron also has a great sense of humor and is very personable which made training with him very enjoyable, not to mention, made the training sessions go by super-fast!

I am happy to say that I reached my goals that I set for myself before my wedding day arrived and I could not have done it without the help of Aron.

I now have the tools and knowledge to continue on with the next goals I have set for myself. I would recommend Aron as a personal trainer and know that you would only be beyond satisfied.

Aron Rightious is the best trainer I have ever had. He cares a lot about me and my long term fitness goals. He was always pushing me harder than I thought I could go which is exactly the kind of trainer I needed and definately caused me to see what I was capable of. Aron taught me a lot about health and fitness as well and gave me useful tips for workouts and eating choices that I use daily!
