What Can I Expect?

What people need more than anything is direction and guidance.  Once you understand the concepts and how to apply them to your life all you have to do is follow through.  You can meet with me to fine tune things, make adjustments or break through sticking points.

On average I see clients 2-3 times per week.  What is important is that we manage the other 165-166 hours of the week.  What is important once you know WHAT to do is to manage HOW you are going to do it.
